Display flashes on then off.

Bought two new bikes for Christmas. One of them will not turn on. The display will flash on for less than a second then nothing. Gotta turn the key off again to get it to flash momentarily again. Checked ALL connectors and the battery displays fully charged. Moved battery to other bike , works fine. Can't get it to stay on long enough to get an error code.
