Mooncool Battery Usage and Charging Tips

Do not charge through the discharge port or discharge through the charge port.
Keep the battery away from fire and high temperatures. Do not place the battery in fire.
Avoid severe vibration, impact, or squeezing.
Protect the charge and discharge ports from rain or flooding.
Charge in an environment with a temperature between 0-45°C.
Discharge is allowed in temperatures between -20-45°C.
Operate in relative humidity less than 80% RH.
Before long-term storage, remove the battery from the e-bike or disconnect it from the load.
Do not disassemble the battery without permission.
If there is a power switch on the battery, turn it off before installing the battery on the e-bike.

Do not disassemble or modify the charger.
Do not plug or unplug with wet hands.
Do not touch the charger during thunder or lightning.
Use only our dedicated charger for charging.
Do not handle the charger or battery while charging.
Do not expose the charger to direct sunlight while charging.
Ensure good ventilation and heat dissipation during charging.
Do not charge in uneven, damp, smoky, or dusty environments.
When the charger is disconnected from the battery, do not leave it connected to the power source.
For e-bikes with dual batteries, charge each battery separately.

Before long-term storage: fully discharge the battery, then charge it for 2-3 hours. During storage, charge the battery for 2-3 hours every month.
Store the battery and charger in a clean, dry, well-ventilated environment, away from corrosive substances, fire, and power sources.
Storage conditions: temperature -20-35°C, relative humidity 5%-65% RH.
